Terms of Service
Last updated 15 September 2026
Plain-English terms for working with Premium Pixel. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@premiumpixel.co.uk before you start.
01Who we are
Premium Pixel ("we", "us", "our") designs, builds and looks after websites for businesses. You can contact us at info@premiumpixel.co.uk.
These terms apply to every project and care plan we provide. By asking us to start work, approving a concept or making a payment, you agree to them.
02Your free concept
Every project starts with a free working concept based on the information you give us. There is no deposit and no obligation to continue.
If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing. The concept remains our property and may not be used, copied or published without a paid agreement.
03Your quote and what is included
Before any paid work begins, we send you a written quote setting out what your website includes, the build price and any ongoing care. Anything not listed in your quote is not included, and we will agree a separate quote before carrying out extra work.
Major redesigns, additional pages beyond what was agreed and larger functionality changes are quoted separately.
04Timescales
Most projects are delivered within 7 days once the design is approved. This depends on you providing the content, images, logins and feedback we need promptly. Delays in receiving these will push the delivery date back accordingly.
05Payment
The build price is a one-off fee in pounds sterling, as set out in your quote. Payment is due before your website is launched or transferred to you.
Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Any free months of care included in your quote start from the date your website goes live.
If a payment is overdue, we may pause work, suspend care services or take your website offline until the account is settled.
06Care plans
- The monthly price and what your care plan includes are set out in your quote.
- There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice by email.
- Hosting and domain renewal are included only while a care plan remains active. If you cancel, you become responsible for your own hosting and domain, and we will help you transfer them.
- Where a care plan includes updates or changes, this covers reasonable small content and design updates. It does not include redesigns, new features or new pages, which are quoted separately.
07Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content, images, logos and text you give us, and that it does not break any law or infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your website.
If your quote does not include hosting and domain setup, you are responsible for arranging your own hosting and domain.
08Ownership
Once your build has been paid for in full, you own the final website design and the content created for it. We keep the right to reuse our general code, techniques and tools, and to show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party items such as fonts, plugins, images and hosting remain subject to their own licences.
09Our liability
We take care to build reliable websites, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be uninterrupted, error-free or rank in any particular position on Google or other search engines.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability to you for any project or care plan is limited to the amount you have paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Cancelling a project
You can stop a project at any time before launch. If you do so after approving the design, we may charge for the work completed up to that point, which will never be more than the full build price.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new projects and care plans from the date shown above.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
