Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This policy explains what information Premium Pixel collects when you use this website or get in touch, and how we look after it.

01Who is responsible for your data

Premium Pixel is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email info@premiumpixel.co.uk.

02What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us:

  • Your name
  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your business type
  • Anything else you tell us in your message

03Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and running, and is not used to identify you.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

04How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and create your free website concept
  • To provide, manage and bill for the website and care services you choose
  • To contact you about your project or care plan
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We will never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

05Our legal basis

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), we use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement with you, to perform that agreement once you become a client, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.

06Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted services that help us run this website and our business:

  • FormSubmit, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify), which hosts this website
  • Namecheap Private Email, which hosts our email

07International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place to protect your information in line with UK data protection law.

08How long we keep it

If you enquire but do not become a client, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements.

09Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
  • Ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation

10Making a request or complaint

To use any of your rights, email info@premiumpixel.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
